These Terms govern your use of chikabebe.com and our products, operated by ChikaBebe. By using the services or buying a product, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to purchase or create an account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use passwordless magic-link sign-in.

Products, prices, and payment

  • We offer one-time products (the Starter Set, the Inner Work Set, the Complete Set, and the book), a 1:1 coaching session, and a monthly membership.
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change; taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • One-time products grant access to the purchased materials for as long as we operate the site.
  • The membership grants access to the member library only (video lessons, the reflection library, member worksheets, and the community) for as long as the subscription is active. It does not include the workbook sets or the book, which are purchased separately.
  • The membership is billed monthly and renews until cancelled; cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the period.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final except where required by law. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your family's personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell, share logins, or profit from our materials or others' contributions.

Community content

You are responsible for comments and reflections you post and grant us a license to display them within the services. Be respectful: no harassment, hate, spam, or sharing others' private information. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The services are general education only and are not medical, psychological, developmental, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

ChikaBebe, the logo, and all materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided 'as is' to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, with disputes resolved in the courts of the State of California, except where law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
