This notice is for California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy, as required by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.

We do not sell or share your personal information

ChikaBebe does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of for those purposes. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable.

Categories of information we collect

In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (such as your email and IP address), customer records (such as purchase history), internet activity (such as pages viewed), and information you provide (survey responses, comments, reflections). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your rights

• Right to know what we collect, use, and disclose.
• Right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither).
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it in ways requiring this option).
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

The fastest way is to do it yourself. Sign in and use Download my data to get a copy of everything we hold, or Delete my account to erase it. Both are immediate and neither requires you to contact anyone. For anything else, including corrections, email us with the subject California Privacy Request. We will verify your request, normally by confirming control of the email address on the account, and respond within 45 days.
